Refund Policy

1. Training Course Fees

All payments made for JIRA training programs are final. We invest time and resources to ensure each learner gets the full value of their enrollment. Therefore, we encourage users to review the course details, schedules, and trainer profiles before making a payment.

2. No Refund Policy

Once the training fee is paid, no refunds will be issued, except under very specific circumstances (mentioned below). This applies to all types of programs, including live sessions, self-paced modules, and combo packages.

3. Exceptional Cases for Refund

A refund may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • If the class is canceled by JIRA Training Tutorials and not rescheduled.

  • If the training session did not take place and no access was provided.

  • If there was a duplicate payment made by the user due to a technical error.

In these cases, the user must email us within 7 working days from the payment date, along with valid proof (payment receipts, transaction ID, etc.).

4. Technical Issues

If you’re facing technical problems with the website or course access, we recommend contacting our support team immediately. These issues do not qualify for a refund, but we will do our best to resolve them quickly.

5. Trainer or Content Change

JIRA Training Tutorials reserves the right to change the trainer or update course content at any time. These changes are made to improve the training quality and will not be a valid reason for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

To request a refund under valid conditions, you must:

  • Mention your full name, registered email, payment details, and reason for refund.

  • We will review your request within 5–7 working days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
